About The Role
We're expanding our design team and hiring a couple of UX Designers with 3–9 years of experience to help shape intuitive, consistent, and user-centered digital experiences.

You'll be responsible for translating ideas into seamless user journeys, creating scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality interfaces. This role is ideal for designers who are comfortable working end-to-end from wireframes and flows to polished, developer-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile.
  • Translate product goals into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers through all design stages.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design standards.
  • Occasionally support UX Audits or heuristic evaluations for existing products.
  • Stay current with modern UX tools, trends, and AI-assisted design workflows

Requirements

  • 3–9 years of professional UX design experience, preferably across web and mobile products.
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping).
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience building scalable and consistent design systems.
  • Ability to convert complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Awareness of AI design tools and workflow automation is a plus.

Nice To Have

  • Experience designing animations, motion interactions, or micro-interactions.
  • Ability to create illustrations or visual storytelling elements.
  • Familiarity with UX Audits, heuristic evaluations, or A/B testing.
  • Prior experience with enterprise or large-scale product ecosystems.
