Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The role involves assisting prospective students through the admission process, ensuring smooth enrollment, and supporting institutional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Provide accurate details about programs, eligibility, and requirements.
  • Guide students step-by-step through the application and enrollment process.
  • Maintain and update admission records in the system.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth operations.
  • Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and outreach activities.
  • Meet or exceed admission/enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in admissions, counseling, or student services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
