Job Description (JD):
A Body Massager is responsible for providing professional body massage and spa treatments to clients, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. The therapist must ensure a clean, hygienic, and calming environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Perform various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, etc.) as per client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and problem areas.
- Recommend suitable massage or spa treatments.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitization of all tools, towels, and massage rooms before and after each session.
- Maintain product knowledge (massage oils, creams, scrubs, etc.).
- Uphold client comfort and privacy throughout sessions.
- Maintain daily client records and service logs.
- Assist in promoting salon/spa services and membership packages.
- Stay updated on new massage techniques and body treatments.

2. Mani-Pedi TechnicianJob Description (JD):
A Manicure and Pedicure Technician provides nail and hand/foot care services, ensuring clients receive hygienic, high-quality treatments that enhance appearance and relaxation. The technician should maintain professional grooming, cleanliness, and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services (classic, gel, spa, French, etc.).
- Provide hand and foot massages as part of the treatment.
- Shape nails, care for cuticles, and apply polish with precision.
- Maintain strict hygiene — sanitize tools and equipment after each client.
- Identify and report any skin or nail issues before proceeding with services.
- Educate clients on nail care and product recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining nail bar setup, cleanliness, and product display.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and professionally.
