Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Upwork Bidder to help grow our client base in the beauty, haircare, and clean lifestyle space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential job opportunities on Upwork and similar freelance platforms, crafting compelling proposals, and managing communication with prospective clients. Our brand is Black woman-owned, veteran-owned, and proudly disrupting the beauty industry with bold, chemical-free temporary hair colors and lifestyle products. We're not just selling hair color—we're building a confident, inclusive, and vibrant community. We need someone who can represent our brand voice and energy in every pitch.

In This Role, You'll
:

Search for relevant job postings daily on Upwork and other freelance platforms

Write tailored, engaging, and strategic proposals aligned with client needs

Maintain and update a proposal tracker in Google Sheets

Coordinate with the social media and creative teams to customize pitches

Identify and vet potential clients aligned with our brand values

Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication

Research industry trends and competitor profiles to improve win rates

Submit daily and weekly reports on performance and outreach efforts

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills

Strong understanding of Upwork platform and freelance marketplace dynamics

Familiar with digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce terms

Passion for beauty, clean living, and community-driven brands

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Able to work independently during night shift hours
