Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Create clear and concise documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with the project management, QA, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and issues.
  • Support in defining KPIs, reporting, and analytics for business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testing practices and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
