What You Will Do?
As Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods and services ensuring cost-effective and timely supply and maintaining vendor relationships for organizational success.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Negotiate on pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align procurement activities with organizational objectives.
- Continuously assess and enhance procurement processes, policies, and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Identify areas for automation and streamlining to enhance procurement operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the procurement process. Promote ethical and responsible procurement practices.
- Ensure Procurement KPI's are met with compliance to department policy and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
