We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack JavaScript Developer / / , MERN/MEAN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that deliver a seamless user experience. The position requires strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks and back-end services, with a focus on building responsive interfaces, efficient APIs, and scalable database solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Across all functions, you may be expected to:

• Implement UI components using modern frontend frameworks and libraries , ).
• Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and accessibility to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend services and APIs.
• Maintain and improve the scalability, performance, and maintainability of both frontend and backend code.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and responsive web interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database-driven features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall development standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend/Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , and
• Experience with MERN or MEAN stack (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL, , React/Angular, ).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with frontend applications.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (TailwindCSS, Material UI, etc.).
• Experience in performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency in version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe application development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and headless CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions, or Firebase).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and contributing to technical decisions.
