A skilled Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI models for various applications such as chatbots, image, ocr, speech generation, etc. You will work closely with data scientists, and product teams to create AI systems that push the boundaries of creativity and automation.

  • Model Development: Design and develop generative models using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., Custom Transformers).
  • Model Selection and Deployment: Chose suitable 3rd party close or open-source models and embeddings, and create prompts, examples, and AI pipelines.
  • Data Preparation: Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training generative models.
  • Model Training & Optimization: Fine-tune models for specific use cases, ensuring scalability and high performance.
  • Integration & Deployment: Work with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop testing frameworks to ensure models meet required performance metrics in real-world scenarios.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to identify opportunities for generative AI applications.
  • AI Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply research findings to enhance existing solutions
  • Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed models and systems.

Skills:
  • Proven experience in building and deploying generative AI models in productive environment.
  • Understanding of Knowledge Graphs and experience in Graph databases (neo4j preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Expertise in GenAI / Agentic programming frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LangGraph; llama).
  • Proficiency with MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
  • Expertise in Databases and RaGs (e.g. Postgresql, Pinecone, Azure AI Search).
  • Strong prompting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

Certifications:

  • in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Publications or contributions to AI research in top-tier conferences or journals.

Experience:

  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience
  • In the application of generative models in industries like gaming, entertainment, or content creation.
  • Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
