About:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Software Engineer Intern (Laravel Focused)
to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their backend development skills, gain real-world experience, and work on live projects using the Laravel framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using
    Laravel
    and
    PHP
    .
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement features, APIs, and backend logic.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
  • Work with MySQL databases, including writing queries and optimizing performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control (Git).
  • Support the team in integrating third-party services and APIs.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and team discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or currently enrolled).
  • Basic understanding of
    Laravel
    , PHP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Understanding of Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Linux environments.
  • Understanding of Agile development practices.
