Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support business development initiatives to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage client servicing activities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement market and social research projects, from proposal to reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative research solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze data and generate insights that address client objectives and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of Brand Health Tracking (BHT) or similar continuous tracking studies
  • Support thought leadership and contribute to the organization's growth through research-based contributions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Market Research Agency (business development, client servicing, or research roles).
  • Experience working in the research function on the client side (preferred)..
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and presentation development.
  • Should be experience of 1-2 years in same domain.
