Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced
DAE (Mechanical)
professional to join our team as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic. The selected candidate will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of heavy construction equipment including Tandem Rollers, Milling Machines, Asphalt Pavers, PTR Rollers, Loaders, Graders, and Dumpers. The role requires in-depth expertise in
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and transmission systems
, ensuring maximum equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Mechanical Systems
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and undercarriages.
- Overhaul/rebuild engines, gearboxes, and related assemblies.
- Perform scheduled maintenance including lubrication, oil/filter changes, and component adjustments..
2-Electrical & Electronics
- Identify and resolve faults in wiring, sensors, alternators, starters, and batteries.
- Repair/replace malfunctioning switches, relays, and control modules.
3-Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Service and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses.
- Detect and fix leaks, pressure losses, and functional issues in hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical)
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy machinery
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, transmissions, and electrical components
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under challenging site conditions
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work and relocate anywhere across Pakistan
- Previous experience in a reputed company will be considered an added advantage
