We are seeking a proactive and motivated Order Booker to join our sales team in Faisalabad. This is a crucial, on-the-ground role responsible for daily market visits to secure orders for our chicken stock cubes. The ideal candidate will have ample experience in field sales within the FMCG sector and possess a strong understanding of the local market routes and retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Market Visits: Regularly visit a pre-assigned list of retailers, wholesalers, and markets in Faisalabad to book orders for IQ Food Industry products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with store owners and managers to ensure customer loyalty and consistent orders.
  • Order Taking: Accurately record and submit orders in a timely manner to ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Product Visibility: Monitor and improve the placement and visibility of our products on store shelves and in-store displays.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and report market information, including competitor activities, new product trends, and customer feedback.
  • Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Order Booker or Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG sector in Faisalabad.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the local geography and market routes in Faisalabad.
  • Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-motivation, honesty, and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Vehicle: Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving license.
  • Education: Minimum of Matriculation or Intermediate education.
