- Submit and monitor claims to insurance payers to ensure compliance and timely processing.
- Investigate, appeal, and resolve denials, working with internal teams to prevent future issues.
- Accurately post payments and reconcile account discrepancies to maintain correct account balances.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on unpaid claims with insurance providers and patients.
- Prepare AR reports to track outstanding balances, trends, and identify improvement areas.
Skills:
- Effective written and verbal English communication with native fluency & ability to listen
- Candidate must have excellent knowledge of computer Skills, specially Word, Excel.
