Ad Labz is a full-funnel PPC agency for B2B, SaaS, and Local Services. We win with sharp strategy, clean execution, and relentless iteration. We're hiring a Senior Google Ads Strategist to lead performance and partner closely with clients and our in-house team.
Role Overview
Own the journey from click to conversion: plan, launch, and scale campaigns tied to real outcomes (leads, demos, sales). You'll coordinate directly with clients, supervise technical resources, and manage website/landing-page projects that support paid performance. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Meta Ads is a strong plus.
What You'll do
- Plan, build, and scale high-performing Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads.
- Apply frameworks (e.g., God Tier Ads or similar) to design full-funnel strategies by intent and audience stage.
- Manage/oversee website & landing-page projects: briefs, timelines, sprint planning, QA on staging, tracking readiness, and CRO tests.
- Supervise on-site technical resources (developers, designers, tracking specialists): assign work, review deliverables, clear blockers.
- Coordinate directly with clients: in-person reviews, strategy sessions, and goal-to-roadmap translation.
- Audit and improve page experience to lift Quality Score and conversion rate.
- Manage LSAs: profile completeness, lead quality monitoring, and dispute workflows.
- Report clearly on performance using Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking; recommend decisive next steps.
- Collaborate on creative direction and structured A/B testing for ads and pages.
- Stay current on platform changes, policies, and best practices.
What You'll bring
- 3+ years managing Google Ads with proven results at $5k–$50k+ monthly budgets.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel performance strategy and measurement.
- Experience managing web/landing-page delivery and supervising technical contributors.
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
with crisp, client-ready communication. - Ability to write and critique persuasive ad copy.
- Experience with
LinkedIn Ads
and
Meta Ads
is a strong plus. - Familiarity with CRO tools/page builders (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Google Ads certification preferred.
