Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Multan for the positions of MM/TM/SM/DSM/ASM. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the textile Spinning
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field
