We are looking for a Rider Incharge to join our Operations Team in Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring, training & leading a team of riders.

  2. Maintaining records of proof of daily deliveries.

  3. Overseeing inventory management in the absence of Packing In-charge. Weekly stock audits and sorting any inventory issues at the hub.

  4. Determine staffing levels and assign workload to Riders and Order Packers.

  5. Cash handling & bank deposits.

  6. Daily reporting to Hub In-charge & Head Quarters.

  7. To undertake other duties which may arise or may be delegated from time to time.

Requirement:

  1. Individual must have 1+ years' experience in a reputable 3PL company (TCS, Leopard, Trax, Blue Ex or others) at a similar position.

  2. Must be a resident of Lahore

  3. Experience leading a team of 10+ people.

  4. Good literacy & numeracy skills.

  5. Microsoft Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
