The Role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and target-driven 
Student Recruitment Manager (Student Counselor)
 to join our Lahore office. This role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to develop business opportunities while delivering high-quality counseling to prospective students.

The key objective of this role is to maximize student recruitment outcomes, strengthen institutional relationships, and contribute to the agency's growth by achieving monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Recruitment

Provide one-on-one career counseling to students regarding study options abroad.

Assist students with university/college applications, visa processes, and admission requirements.

Guide students on country-specific admission processes, financial requirements, and career prospects.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of application documentation and visa files.

Maintain student records and manage applications through the CRM system.

 Strategic Business Development

Identify and develop business opportunities with universities, colleges, and pathway providers.

Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with educational partners.

Plan and participate in student recruitment events, exhibitions, open days, and campus visits.

Analyze market trends, student preferences, and competitor activities to optimize recruitment strategies.

 Marketing & Promotion

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, digital promotions, webinars, and on-campus sessions.

Support the creation of country-specific marketing content for social media and offline platforms.

Represent the agency at networking events and educational fairs.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Train and support junior counselors in achieving their targets and maintaining service quality.

Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, enrollment, and marketing) to ensure smooth application processing.

Liaise with partner universities and maintain regular communication for application updates and partnership development.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields).

At least 3 years of experience in student recruitment, counseling, or visa consultancy.

Strong knowledge of international education systems (especially UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving recruitment goals.

Good organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English and Urdu.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with visa regulations and financial documentation for major study destinations.

Experience in organizing education expos, seminars, and in-house sessions.

Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
