Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Incubation & Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead and support startup incubation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in entrepreneurship development, business incubation, or program management, and a strong commitment to fostering innovation and supporting early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee incubation program operations and activities.
  • Guide startups in business planning, strategy development, and operational execution.
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of incubated startups.
  • Support in scouting, sourcing, and evaluating potential startups for incubation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in incubation management, entrepreneurship support, or program coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with diverse startup founders and partners.
  • Demonstrated passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems.
