Systems Limited is looking for a Campaign Deployment Associate. The role focuses on supporting campaign planning, analyzing performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective brand and trade deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Support effective campaign planning using data-led insights, preparing recommendations to create value within targeted segments and growth areas.
  • Analyse campaign execution results and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Gather and track budget expenditure and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with agencies and research teams for information gathering and analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key markets, consumer needs, market segmentation, and competitive activity to improve deployment plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork across all sub-functions within campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience
    in marketing or similar roles, preferably in FMCG.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, brand, and activation roles.
  • Knowledge of insights principles to inform campaign strategies and product development.
  • Understanding of advertising, sales, and marketing concepts.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Competitor analysis and marketing activation process skills.
  • Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience in trade marketing, including trade visibility and retailer loyalty programs, is advantageous.
  • Regional experience and financial knowledge are preferrable.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing
