ACA, MVA & Medicare Campaign (Night Shift)

Job Description:

WAVE is hiring Verifiers for our MVA & Medicare Campaign at our Islamabad office.

If you have prior call center experience and can handle a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to have you on board

What You'll Do:

• Make and receive calls to verify customer information.
• Follow verification scripts and ensure call quality standards.
• Coordinate with sales and QA teams for smooth enrollments.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 months of call center experience (sales or verification preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, punctual, and target-oriented
• Availability for night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
