Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting campaigns that align with our brand voice. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
  • Reply to comments, messages, and interact with the online community professionally.
  • Help track performance metrics (likes, reach, insights, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support in planning social media calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in basic content creation, including captions, visuals, and short videos.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital trends.
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms & their features.
  • Excel
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Learning Up

  • Hands-on experience with real social media campaigns.
  • Exposure to marketing strategies, brand building, and analytics.
  • Guidance and mentorship from senior marketing and social media professionals.
  • Development of content creation, communication, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Insight into performance tracking, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
  • Potential to build a professional portfolio and earn recommendations or future employment opportunities based on performance.
