About the Role

As our Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you will be the creative heartbeat of our campaigns. You will craft visuals that move hearts, edit videos that inspire action, and help our message reach every corner of Pakistan. From creating high-impact social media reels to designing impactful posters for awareness events, you will play a crucial role in how our mission is seen, felt, and remembered.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit emotionally powerful videos highlighting patient journeys, awareness campaigns, donor appeals, and event coverage.
  • Perform precise color grading, sound mixing, and pacing adjustments to ensure polished, professional output.
  • Add creative transitions, effects, and motion elements to make content visually captivating.
  • Produce short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that is optimized for social media engagement.
  • Manage video projects from raw footage to final delivery, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Graphic Design

  • Design eye-catching visuals for digital platforms, print materials, fundraising drives, and healthcare awareness campaigns.
  • Create social media posts, infographics, event banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative work while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Photography

  • Capture authentic, high-resolution photographs of patients, events, donors, and the daily life of KITCC.
  • Edit and enhance images to align with our visual storytelling style.

Asset & Brand Management

  • Maintain an organized digital asset library of photos, videos, and designs.
  • Ensure all content reflects KITCC's brand guidelines, tone, and mission.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field — OR equivalent experience.
  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in both graphic design and video editing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work, video projects, and social media content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign a plus).
  • Understanding of storytelling techniques, audience engagement strategies, and pacing for both long-form and short-form content.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics and animations.
  • Familiarity with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and basic videography techniques.
  • Previous work in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
