We're on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team at SnarkLabs. A global software solutions company building next-gen blockchain, Web3, and fintech products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients across global markets.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to tailor suitable software service solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and conversion performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market movements to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within the software services or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, and client acquisition processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
