Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an eBay Listing Expert, located in Multan. The eBay Listing Expert will be responsible for creating and managing listings on eBay, optimizing product descriptions and images, conducting market research to set competitive prices, ensuring listings are up-to-date, and monitoring sales performance. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries, handling return and refund processes, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase sales and brand visibility on the eBay platform.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and managing eBay listings
  • Experience in optimizing product descriptions and images
  • Skills in conducting market research and setting competitive prices
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries, returns, and refunds
  • Collaboration skills to work with the marketing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO and its application to product listings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Requirements

Proven experience in eBay listing & store management

Experience with eCommerce research tools (Zik Analytics, Helium10, AutoDS, etc.)

Strong English writing and communication skills

Knowledge of eBay SEO, product ranking, keywords & item specifics

Ability to identify trending & profitable products

Familiar with eBay policies & marketplace rules

Graphic skills for image editing (Canva / Photoshop) is a plus

Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
