Production Support officer

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to GSK's manufacturing operations in Pakistan. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving efficiency. Collaboration is central to this role, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of production, downtime, maintenance, and changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Identify and implement measures to improve machine efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
• Experience working in a GMP-compliant environment.
• Familiarity with production equipment and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using software tools for record-keeping and reporting (e.g., SAP, Excel).
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Work Environment:

This role is based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
