Key Responsibilities

Install, adjust, service, and repair the following machines:

  • Single Needle Machine
  • Double Needle Machine
  • Flat Lock Machine
  • Overlock Machine
  • Heat Transfer Machine
  • Tape Cutting Machine
  • Kansai Machine

Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and implement effective solutions.

Ensure all machines are operating at optimal performance and safety standards.

Replace worn or defective parts, such as gears, needles, loopers, knives, motors, or belts.

Maintain detailed service and repair records for each machine.
