Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Experienced Branch Managers (BM) and Relationship Managers (RM) in the Korangi, SITE, and North Karachi areas. The role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, customer relationship management, business development, and ensuring compliance with Shari'a banking principles. The managers will work closely with clients, providing tailored financial solutions and services while achieving branch targets and fostering a positive banking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management, customer relationship management, and business development in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding and adherence to Shari'a-compliant financial principles and products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, manage branch operations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; relevant professional certification is a plus.
