We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist with proven experience in managing and scaling e-commerce stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, performance, and growth, with hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads. The role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and boosting sales through cross-platform marketing campaigns. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of managing stores for art, handmade products, or similar niches.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis and implement optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Drive strategy and execution across e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall growth strategy of the e-commerce business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance website visibility and user engagement.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and implement data-driven insights to optimize SEO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in e-commerce SEO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce stores
  • Must have at least 2+ years experience managing and scaling campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
