Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock expiry management (Pharma Experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock expiry dates across all locations and ensure timely action.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and retail branches for return/replacement of near-expiry or expired products.
• Maintain and update expiry logs/reports in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for expired product handling.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly expiry reports for management.
• Assist in minimizing expiry losses through effective stock rotation and follow-up.
