Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Assistant located in Karachi. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and processing sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, organizing products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. The Shop Assistant will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of sales transactions and cash handling
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
