
Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and approach potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote company products and solutions to customers across assigned territory/sector.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communications.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and trade fairs to promote the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales (furniture, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: Rs30, Rs80,000.00 per month
