An Australian Medical Company - Healthcare Evolutions - is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as CSR/Call Center Agent at our Islamabad office located in E-11.

Location: E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan

Salary: 60, ,000 PKR (salary range based on interview performance and experience)
Working Hours: 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) corresponding to 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (Australian Standard Time)
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing Patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring Patient satisfaction.
· Communicate effectively within and outside the organization to ensure smooth interactions.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
· Excellent English Communication skills required
· Ability to effectively communicate with Patients and colleagues.
· Proficient in using communication tools and software.
· Flexibility to work during 03:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) corresponding to 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Australian Standard Time)
Timing may vary due to day light saving.
