Elyscents is a fast-growing perfume brand known for its premium fragrances and excellent customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated Call Representative to join our team and ensure smooth order processing through timely customer communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm order details and delivery addresses.
  • Update accurate information in the system after every call.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to their orders.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch and support teams to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone with every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
  • Confident on calls and able to handle customers politely.
  • Good attention to detail while recording information.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
