Fulcrum Pvt.Ltd is looking "* Production Supervisor"* for one of its Client
(plant-side / FGCM side experience is a must)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained across the production line.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
- Train and develop staff for better productivity and performance.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- DAE (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant (FMCG side experience is a must).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
