Melior ITS is seeking a results-driven
Marketing Specialist
with proven expertise in
Google Ads
and advanced
conversion tracking
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across
Google, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms
. You will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI for our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on
    Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
    as well as
    Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels
    .
  • Conduct
    keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing
    , and creative optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve KPIs.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage
    conversion tracking
    using
    Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and platform-specific pixels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
    .
  • Ensure accurate event tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting across platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.

Optimization & Growth

  • Continuously improve
    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
    , and overall funnel performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns across platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance with data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated with
    latest platform updates, tools, and digital marketing best practices
    .

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • 6 months - 1.5 years of hands-on experience
    managing paid campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and event tracking setup
    .
  • Proven track record in
    performance marketing, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns
    .
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in
    Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
