Terminations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Terminations Associate
to join our North America team. The successful candidate will support the terminations process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across systems and workflows. This position operates on
US business hours
and requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management systems.

Contract Position: 6 month contract duration with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process termination requests in Salesforce and other internal platforms.
• Maintain accuracy in contract, subscription, and order data across systems.
• Support workflow execution and reporting related to the termination process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure data consistency.
• Perform data entry, validation, and updates in Oracle CPQ, Order Management, and contract management systems.
• Generate reports and provide insights using Excel to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working with
  Salesforce
  and
  Oracle CPQ
  (required).
• Familiarity with
  Subscription
  ,
  Order Management
  , and
  Contract Management
  platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
  skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Proven background in
  data entry
  and system data integrity management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment during
  US business hours
