Role Description

We're seeking Graphic Designers and Videographers to join our creative division. This will begin as volunteer-based work with a clear pathway to paid/part-time and eventually permanent roles as we progress through the competition season.

What You'll Do

  • Design digital assets: posts, posters, event screens, and simple motion graphics
  • Edit reels, highlight videos, and recap content (vertical and landscape formats)
  • Collaborate on shaping and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
  • Work closely with the core Formula Pakistan media and event teams to translate ideas into visual narratives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong visual sense and attention to typography, layout, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Canva
    ,
    Figma
    ,
    CapCut
    , or the Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work calmly and creatively under time pressure
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about merging creativity with impact
