We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Patent and IP Specialist. This role will oversee patent filings, IP risk mitigation, and alignment of IP strategy with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of patent and IP strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end patent lifecycle: drafting, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patents domestically and internationally.
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate (FTO), and infringement analyses to support R&D and business units.
• Oversee IP portfolio management, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing agreements.
• Monitor competitor IP activity and emerging technology trends to advise on strategic IP positioning and risk.
• Advise senior management on IP risks, opportunities, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
