Psychologist / Counselor

Rapid Healing Medical Services (RHMS) is urgently seeking qualified and dedicated female professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for Clinical Psychologists, Counselors, Psychotherapists, Drug Counselors, and Speech Therapists who are passionate about helping patients improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing psychological assessments, counseling, and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Designing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Managing both inpatient and outpatient therapy sessions.
• Assisting patients struggling with drug addiction and related behavioral challenges.
• Offering therapy and counseling for sexology and relationship issues.
• Facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for both children and adults.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology with ADCP (Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology)
• 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience in counseling and psychotherapy
• Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with individuals across all age groups — children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly
• Excellent communication, empathy, and case management skills
