Position Overview
We are seeking a
Data Analyst / Client Success Manager
to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
data insights and client needs
, ensuring smooth communication, accurate analysis, and proactive problem-solving for international FMCG clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, process, and visualize data using MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and high service satisfaction.
  • Interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in data analytics or client success roles.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Details

  • Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Work Mode: Fully Onsite (No Remote/Hybrid)
  • Location: Muslim Town, Lahore
