IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

SM SME Sales position will be responsible for SME business planning, Budgeting, market/opportunity sizing, determine current and projected market potential in terms of revenue and keeping a keen eye on competitive analysis (in terms of products offering) for relevant SME vertical along with determining overall P&L of SME segment. Incumbent would be also responsible for establishing short term, medium term and long term operational plan/road map in accordance with organizations short and long term business strategies WITH the objective of ensuring all targets are being met WITHIN the limits set broadly through the company`s strategic goals.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Regional Head SME will be working in close coordination with all support departments of organization for ensuring seamless customer experience including but not limited to packages and solution offerings.
  • Position holder would be extensively communicating with clients in order to identify their needs, potential growth areas, revenue opportunities and accordingly proposed innovative solutions.
  • Establishment of the sales channel in South Region.
  • Hiring and Maintain Sales Force as per approved headcount.
  • Ensure revenue target achievement for South Region.
  • Recurring revenue achievement through Product Mix.
  • Ensure Revenue target Achievement from South Region Channel Sales.
  • Sales Process Re-engineering to increase the efficiency and effective.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years on a similar role and over all 7 years over all experience as techno commercial.

Technical Competencies:

  • P&L Management
  • MS Project & MS Office
  • Sales & Negotiations Techniques
  • Commercial/Business Planning
