About the Role
Terafort is looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator / Social Media Lead to craft engaging digital content and manage the company's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create short-form video content, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars, analytics, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and HR teams on creative campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and brand tone.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
