About the Role

Terafort is looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator / Social Media Lead to craft engaging digital content and manage the company's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create short-form video content, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage social media calendars, analytics, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and HR teams on creative campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and brand tone.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs100,000.00 per month
