About the Role

We are looking for a smart and driven Project Manager to join our fast-growing Islamabad team supporting multiple e-commerce and retail brands across the UK and Dubai.

You'll work on projects that span technology, operations, and digital growth, from software development and system integrations to marketing and supply chain initiatives.

As we move rapidly toward using AI across our business and project management processes, we want someone curious, adaptive, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving progress, and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects across multiple teams and business functions (Development, Product Data, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in the UK and Dubai to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
  • Use modern tools, including AI-driven project management practices, to improve tracking, communication, and decision-making.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to keep things moving.
  • Coordinate with Developers, Product Managers, and other leads to ensure project goals are met.
  • Communicate progress clearly through reports, meetings, and updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience managing projects, ideally in software or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
  • Excited about using AI tools to make project management faster and smarter.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
