We are looking for a
Graphic Designer
with a strong foundation in design principles, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for visual communication. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about translating creative briefs into compelling, high-quality artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution:
    Develop and produce visually engaging graphic assets for digital (social media, website, email campaigns) and print (brochures, event materials) based on creative briefs.
  • Brand Adherence:
    Ensure all designs align with the established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the m
    arketing team
    to understand project objectives, deliverable specifications, and feedback for revisions.
  • Asset Management:
    Organize and maintain a library of design assets and final artwork files.
  • Creative Input:
    Contribute fresh ideas and design concepts during brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field;
    OR
    equivalent practical experience and a robust portfolio.
  • Experience:
    1-2 years of relevant professional or internship experience in a design role is preferred, but highly talented recent graduates will be considered.

Essential Skills

  • Mastery of Design Tools:
    Exceptional proficiency in the
    Adobe Creative Suite or compatible tools
    , including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Design Sense:
    A strong and demonstrable understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy).
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively receive and interpret a
    creative brief
    and communicate design choices.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all final artwork is accurate, polished, and ready for production.
  • Time Management:
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Experience developing artwork from concept through final production based on a provided
    communication and creative brief
