Clinical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) visits to clinics.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the clinics' practices, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide induction training to newly recruited Service provider on reproductive health
• Collaborate with clinic management to ensure compliance with MSS clinical guidelines and policies.
• Document findings and prepare reports based on visits and assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: LHV or equivalent registered qualification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, with a strong focus on monitoring and QA processes in healthcare.
• Additional Requirement: Extensive travel across various clinic locations as part of the role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of reproductive health practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
