Business Development Manager – Digital Thrive Hub

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based, serving UK & UAE clients)

Type: Full-Time | Performance-Based | Immediate Start

Compensation: Base Salary % Commission on Closed Deals

Digital Thrive Hub is a UK-based digital services company providing high-quality Web Development, Digital Marketing, Creative, and IT Automation solutions for businesses across the UK, UAE, and Europe. Our mission is to deliver measurable business growth through strategy, creativity, and technology. We are now expanding our business development team to drive global client acquisition.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven record in selling IT or digital services to international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a performance-driven role for someone who can present value intelligently and close confidently.

Key Responsibilities


• Generate qualified B2B leads via LinkedIn, outbound emails, and digital platforms


• Develop sales strategies and pitch Digital Thrive Hub's services to UK and UAE clients


• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tailored client solutions


• Maintain sales pipeline and reporting via CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)


• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets


• Collaborate with internal web, marketing, and creative teams for seamless delivery


• Provide weekly progress reports and conversion insights

Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IT, digital marketing, or creative services


• Strong understanding of digital solutions (SEO, PPC, Web, Branding, Social Media)


• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Upwork, or other prospecting tools


• Confidence in handling client objections and closing deals independently


• Must have own laptop, internet connection, and availability for UK/UAE business hours
