Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for real estate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, property listings, website elements, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring designs meet the company's standards.
  • Develop digital advertisements, banners, and other promotional content tailored for real estate clients and target audiences.
  • Use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality visuals.
  • Work with photography and videography teams to ensure all visuals, whether digital or print, are of the highest standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and the real estate market to keep designs fresh and innovative.
