Medical Lab Technologist – Blood Bank

BioMadics is seeking applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Medical Lab Technologist in the Blood Bank and Routine Chemistry Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in Blood Bank and Chemistry.
2. Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
3. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols.
4. Maintain laboratory equipment and records.
5. Support senior technologists in day-to-day laboratory operations.
6. Conduct sales visits to customers for product promotion.
7. Provide application support and training to clients on BioMadics' diagnostic products.
Requirements:
BS / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (up to 1 year of experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency.
Willingness to travel for sales visits and product demonstrations.
