Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-quality games using the Unity engine.

Collaborate with designers and artists to build and refine game mechanics and features.

Optimize games for performance, scalability, and smooth player experience.

Write, maintain, and document clean, efficient C# code.

Develop engaging effects using Unity shades.

Implement core game design elements, including loops, progression systems, and balancing.

Utilize Firebase Analytics to track, analyze, and improve game performance.

Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to measure and optimize mobile game performance.

Implement modern monetization strategies (ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions).

Design gameplay experiences that maximize engagement and retention.

Ensure excellent user experience in all developed games.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex development issues.

Continuously optimize games for performance and player engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.

1–2 years of professional experience developing games with Unity.

Solid proficiency in C# and Unity shades.

Hands-on experience with game design elements and balancing.

Familiarity with Firebase Analytics and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).

Understanding of modern monetization techniques.

Good knowledge of the core game loop and retention strategies.

Passion for gaming with experience playing RPG, MMORPG, puzzle, and hyper-casual games.

Experience developing games with strong user experience.

Practical knowledge of game optimization.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine).

Familiarity with additional programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).

Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence in games.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience developing VR/AR applications.
