Role Summary

The UK Visa Caseworker is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting immigration applications under various UK visa categories. Based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, this role involves direct client interaction, drafting supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with UK Home Office requirements. The caseworker will also assist in appeals, reviews, and client interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Case Preparation & Processing

  2. Draft and compile visa applications, including Start-up, Innovator Founder, Expansion Worker, and other business immigration categories.

  3. Prepare supporting documentation such as business plans, financial forecasts, and compliance reports.
  4. Handle caseworking tasks including administrative reviews, pre-action protocol letters, and appeals.

  5. Client Support & Advisory

  6. Conduct consultations to gather client information and advise on visa eligibility.

  7. Provide interview preparation sessions to clients applying for UK visas.
  8. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application progress.

  9. Research & Documentation

  10. Conduct market and sector-specific research to support business visa cases.

  11. Ensure all applications are prepared in line with the latest UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) rules and guidance.
  12. Draft high-quality representations and supporting letters for submission.

  13. Compliance & Record-Keeping

  14. Maintain accurate client records and case files.

  15. Ensure strict confidentiality of client information.
  16. Monitor visa policy updates and incorporate changes into case strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in UK visa processing or immigration consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of UK business immigration categories (Start-up, Innovator, Expansion Worker, Skilled Worker, etc.).
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
